As a Front Office Intern you are a part of the Service Desk Team and you will give our guests the ultimate guest experience possible. You are responsible for all kinds of tasks at the reception/front desk such as handling arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate services to our guests, giving information about the city and nice restaurants making sure to exceed guests’ expectations. Furthermore, you will answer and manage incoming calls, come up with creative ideas and new projects to develop procedures and services.


Personal Profile:

For this position we are searching for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed colleague who has affinity with the hotel industry, is a good team player, has problem-solving skills, and is helpful and hospitable.

Job requirements

  • Student of a relevant hospitality or tourism related study;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You are representative and have a sparkling personality;
  • You are stress resistant, flexible, service and guest-oriented.
