As Front Office Agent you are responsible for all kinds of Front Office related work, such as the check in and – out of the guests, providing guests with information and personal service. Furthermore you will be answering phone calls and you will be upselling extra rooms and packages. You are proactive in improving the service and the procedures.
The ideal candidate is a strong and hands-on individual who has experience and is an enthusiast. You love to work in teams, are hospitable, have affinity with the hospitality industry and are a very supportive colleague.
